A tagline is a combination of few words which expresses your aspiration as well as your dedication towards your business. Now Vinove has emerged with its new tagline which briefly explains the motive behind running this organization. Yes the letters in bold above simply comprises of three words, but the idea behind these three words are far more than it. “We Mean IT” not only shows the level of devotion which its employees provide for it, but it also represents the amount of hardwork and the kind of bonding which we have regarding our organization. With a sole objective to provide a “value” to our clients, Vinove has emerged as an indefatigable organization and there is still a long way to go.

6th Annual Day Celebration @ Vinove
“We dance for laughter, we dance for tears, we dance for madness, we dance for fears, we dance for hopes, we dance for screams, we are Vinovians, we create the dreams”
The day, the announcement for 6th annual day celebration was made, everybody was excited with a sole question in their minds; What new thing will they see this time. This time the hosts were Uttat Ke Puttar and they decided 25 sept as the date for the carnival in Pacific Asia at Netaji Subhash Place. The house-in-charge Uttar Ke Puttar was busy in making their best efforts to make this occasion memorable for everyone. There were many events decided by them among which the ragging-cum-group dance of “fuchhas” (freshers) which comes under “AA-MIL-GA-MATE” was kept as a surprise. Everyone was informed about the timings and dress code for both males and females and the most interesting dress code was set for our fuchhas; A black Pant with white shirt, which was same as the dress of the waiters of that venue where the event was going to take place and the only thing which gave some relief to our freshers was a red tie to make them look little different from the waiters.

Independence Day Celebrations @ Vinove
After the rocking party hosted by Western Yodhas @Toast, Uttar Ke Puttar(UKP) took over the charge for holding fun events in Vinove for the next couple of weeks. So, the first event was held to celebrate our India’s 64th Independence Day. Vinove celebrated Independence Day on 13th August 2010.

What a turn around!
We are looking at hiring trainee web developers and marketeers for our company. We started advertising for the position Thursday last week and conducted a round of walk-ins last Sunday (10:00 am – 3:00 pm).
Thinking that the interviews will begin at 10:00 am, I planned to reach the office just in time. Noticing a missed call from our HR with a time stamp of 9:30 am, I returned the call and was told that we had over 50 candidates waiting already! Ouch!
Upon reaching work, I saw a crowd outside our office premises and realized that these were people waiting to be interviewed. By now the number grew to over 200 (within a span of 30 minutes). It took me 15 minutes to get to the first floor as the complete stair case was jam packed with interviewees!
We had candidates coming in from not only Delhi but various other towns/cities (Agra, Jaipur, Meerut to name a few!)
All of our interviews/tests were online and required 30 minutes. Looking at the overwhelming number in for the interview, we decided to shorten the interview to 15 minutes to accommodate as many candidates as possible!
The rest of it is history – we had interviews until 5:30 pm and could not believe when I checked and realized that we had approximately 600 people take the test on the very same day!
The team did an excellent job at managing interviews for such an unexpected large number of people! Although, it was exhausting but the results were overwhelming too!

Not again!
Not again!!! One of our websites was yet again copied over by a competitor.
This is the fourth time in the past 6 months when we called up the “company” who had copied our website and yelled to get the plagiarized content removed!
The more I think of it, the more painful it gets! It is not an easy task to get a website up and running in a good state and I am sure most of you realize it (unless you copy it!)
How could someone just blatantly copy over the complete website (including design and content) and call it their own?

New website for Vinove.com launched
Finally – the much awaited update to Vinove’s web presence finally was done late night 6th January or very early morning, 7th – should I say?
A number of people have worked on it and it has taken more than just hard work to come up with what we have today.
I would like to take the opportunity to thank everyone for their hard work and inputs. At the same time, I would like to congratulate fellow Vinovians on getting a shiny new standards compliant web presence
