Home / Legal / Modern Slavery Statement

Modern slavery statement.

Published: June 2026

Applies to Vinove's business and supply chains.

Our position

Vinove is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in our business operations and supply chains. We believe that all people have the right to be treated with dignity and respect, and to be free from exploitation in all its forms.

Modern slavery covers slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labour, and human trafficking. Vinove has a zero-tolerance approach to any form of modern slavery.

Our business

Vinove is a technology group founded in 2004, headquartered in India. We build and own focused technology companies operating across engineering services, digital growth, work intelligence, billing automation, and AI. Our workforce is primarily based in India, working under direct employment contracts.

Our supply chains principally comprise technology vendors, software service providers, and professional services firms. We take steps to understand the nature of these relationships and the risks they may carry.

Policies and controls

We maintain employment policies that set clear standards for fair treatment, non-discrimination, and safe working conditions. These apply across all Vinove entities.

We conduct due diligence on new suppliers and expect our supply chain partners to uphold standards consistent with our own. We do not knowingly work with organisations that tolerate labour exploitation.

Employees and contractors are provided with clear terms of engagement and are free to terminate their relationship with Vinove at any time. We do not hold documents, restrict movement, or impose unlawful debt on any worker.

Statutory disclosure

This statement is published in line with Vinove's commitment to transparency. A full statutory statement under the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 will be published when Vinove meets the relevant annual turnover threshold. For questions about this statement or our approach to modern slavery, contact us at the address below.
