Cost and outcome live apart
Channels know what was spent. The CRM knows which demand progressed. Neither system alone can explain what qualified revenue truly cost.
Vinove commercial intelligence
Prism connects marketing economics, decisions and execution. Bond connects qualified demand, pipeline, revenue and customer evidence. Together, they preserve one accountable commercial thread.
A connected system, not two more dashboards.
The commercial disconnect
Channels know what was spent. The CRM knows which demand progressed. Neither system alone can explain what qualified revenue truly cost.
Reports, discussions and tasks sit in separate tools, so the reason behind an initiative disappears before its outcome is known.
Zeroes, averages and unexplained scores create certainty where the evidence is incomplete. The organisation acts on a cleaner story than reality supports.
The evidence thread
The thread carries attributable commercial context across the boundary. Structured customer identity is omitted before marketing data reaches Prism; optional AI-assisted redaction can reduce identifying detail in free text.
Two systems. One commercial memory.
Prism combines fully loaded cost, qualified demand, structured reviews and the work that follows. Marketing intelligence can then change what the organisation does next.
Bond connects qualified demand, pipeline, team accountability, recurring revenue and governed customer proof while making uncertainty visible.
The operating principles
Signals inform priorities. Work is not created merely because a dashboard moved.
Reviews, discussions, decisions and work remain connected to the evidence they concern.
Marketing cannot count a hand-off as accepted until the receiving revenue team agrees.
Missing cost, incomplete attribution and low response rates are shown rather than smoothed away.
A deliberate information boundary
Names, email addresses, phone numbers, companies, linked accounts, notes, deal values and raw descriptions are not included in the Prism export.
When enabled, free text is processed through the workspace’s chosen model provider. If a safe redacted copy is unavailable, no description is exported.
Where the system changes the conversation
See fully loaded channel economics beside demand that the revenue team actually accepted, then connect the verdict to the work that follows.
Question answeredWhat did qualified demand cost, and what should change next?
Preserve acceptance, stage movement, ownership and outcome evidence instead of reducing revenue work to a single forecast number.
Question answeredWhat became pipeline or revenue, and why?
Reviews, decisions, initiatives, tasks and recurring routines retain the context that caused them, making later learning possible.
Question answeredDid the organisation do what the evidence required?
The ecosystem, clearly answered
Prism and Bond exchange the context required for learning while keeping marketing operations and customer relationships deliberately separate.
It is connected operating infrastructure for preserving evidence from marketing investment through qualified demand, revenue and customer learning.
Prism owns marketing economics, reviews, decisions and execution. Bond owns customer identity, qualification, pipeline, revenue and proof. The boundary keeps responsibility and access clear.
Purpose-scoped attribution and funnel context can cross. Structured customer identity, relationship detail, notes and deal values remain in Bond.
Not currently. Both are proprietary Vinove capabilities applied behind selected work rather than separately licensed products.
Applied, not sold
Prism and Bond were created to improve how Vinove companies make and carry commercial decisions. Their value appears in the quality of the work, not in another software licence a client must administer.
Prism and Bond are proprietary Vinove capabilities. They are not currently licensed or sold as standalone commercial software.
The system supports selected engagements where accountable measurement, coordinated action and revenue learning materially improve delivery.
